Payment Policy
Payment:
After our clarity/chemistry call, payment is due in full upon booking any session. This is to hold and ensure your spot. Payment plans are also available.
Refunds:
There are no refunds of any kind. No matter the session, I strive for you to get the most out of our time together and I take great care to follow up after sessions to help you in any way, to support your goals and journey.
Cancellations:
Understandably, life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment to move to a different time. Therefore, please cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your session. Your session will be moved to a later date or held for a future time to reschedule at no additional cost. With the exception of an emergency, any cancellations or no-shows (not calling or showing up) in the 24 hour window, you will forgo that full scheduled session entirely and will need to pay full price for another session.
Running Late:
If you ever find yourself in the position of being late to your session. Please call and notify of your timeframe and understand, depending on how late you are, that time will be cut off from your session without refunds or making up that time.
